Collection 1 - “Elements Place”

This is my first surface pattern collection. "Elements Place" is deeply personal, inspired by my paintings and my connection to the land where I grew up. As a sixth-generation sheep grazier from Bourke, Western NSW, my art reflects the rhythms and textures of the outback, capturing its raw beauty and cultural significance."Elements Place" is an extension of my creative practice, bringing the authenticity of the Australian outback into spaces through patterns that hold meaning and evoke a strong sense of place. The earthy palette is deliberate, reflecting the contrast between the harshness of the environment and the nurturing qualities it reveals. Each pattern serves as a tactile reminder of nature’s resilience and its ability to inspire.

Through this collection, I hope to inspire dialogues around place, culture, and sustainability, offering designs that are grounded in authenticity and crafted with a deep respect for the natural world.
